How They Dazzle Us

This is a landing that offers plenty but without overstating it, it is quite possibly the best snorkelling venue anywhere in the world. The house reef is exceptional and the Landing's position near the edge of the atoll means that there is a great combination of reef species and deep sea marine life to be seen. Sitting on the deck of your over-water villa is akin to visiting an aquarium while time spent under the water is simply mind-blowing. Quite simply this is the place where you will see more fish, more colours and more variety than anywhere else.

Why We Love Them

Simple, unpretentious, barefoot luxury is the best way to describe this wonderful Landing located in the north Ari Atoll, close to the outer atoll barrier. With a friendly atmosphere and a minimum of fuss this Landing is a place where everyone just fits in and feels comfortable. To underscore the chilled out nature of the place even the floor in the restaurant is sand. There is no need for airs and graces. This is family friendly fun in an easily accessible location. It's a perfect escape from the real world.

This Landing is very committed to sustainability and fully aware of its obligation to the environment and the community. One of the Landings stated objectives is to enhance the guest experience by showing respect to nature. Through careful consideration of the effects that their operations have on the environment, the team here are continually developing new initiatives and procedures to minimize their ecological impact following international guidelines in sustainable tourism best practices. These include environmental performance tracking and measurement, support for the preservation of natural and cultural heritage and enhancing social and economic benefits to local communities. There are programs in place to conserve energy, re-use water for secondary applications and to recycle waste materials. Only eco-friendly chemicals are procured for use in the operations, while food and beverage products are produced locally, and wherever possible, packaging is kept to an absolute minimum.
