How They Dazzle Us
When you talk about this Landing you will not be able to do so without mentioning the views. They are, quite simply, incredible. Nestled on the back slopes of Table Mountain where the iconic Twelve Apostle rock formations meet with the icy Atlantic, the views are sumptuous. Gaze out on the ocean with only glistening water between you and the horizon; or turn to face the mountain and the mesmerizing views of the clouds rushing over the peaks; Lion's Head is to the right, another majestic formation as it stands proud above the distant lights of Camps Bay.

This fantastic Landing has many initiatives on the go to empower the local people and to ensure that the environment is preserved and cared for, but their most commendable efforts come in the space of water conservation. In 2017 Cape Town almost became the first major city in the world to run out of water and the Twelve Apostles reacted with a string of innovative and sensible sustainability measures. Their proactive work saw them cut water consumption by 42% through the implementation of over 40 different water saving initiatives. These included rain water harvesting, waterless urinals, reusable ice-cubes and limited shower times. Cape Town is in a much better position now, thanks to these types of proactive initiatives.
