How They Dazzle Us

If seclusion and getting away from it all is your thing, then this is the Landing for you. While Chobe is one of the most famous, and visited national parks in Africa, this Landing is tucked away and secluded so that it is almost impossible to find. Being in such a remote part of the reserve means that you can get very close to nature and the wildlife can genuinely be just the width of a tent flap away from you. Amazing game and birds and the peace and tranquillity of being in the middle of nowhere make this a unique experience.

Why We Love Them

It is hard not to love tents, especially when they are very luxurious. While it is a simple set-up in many ways, completely unpretentious or over the top, the management have still pulled out all the stops to create a luxury and comfortable experience. Flush toilets and hot showers are part of the package, al fresco dining under star laden skies with your own personal butler service is there as well. You could tell your mates back home that you are roughing it in a tent in the African bush, but that wouldn’t exactly be the truth.

Tents go to the heart of sustainable building and eco-friendly safaris. The fact that very limited construction needs to take place and that the camp can be uprooted and moved if required make it a very appealing set-up.
