The cuisine is such an integral part of any stay at La Residence to the extent that guests are invited to sit down with the chefs to discuss their preferences and dietary requirements - menus are then tailored accordingly.

Breakfast is a lavish, buffet affair with cereals, fruits, cheeses and meats forming part of the offering. There is also a superb hot breakfast menu. Lunch is fresh and flexible. The emphasis is on light and tasty seasonal fare.

Night-time dining though is the pinnacle of the offering and something taht guests anticipate with much relish.  It starts wiht an apéritif in the loggia while watching the sunset over the dam, or sit beside the fire for cocktails and canapés by candlelight.

The chef presents a seasonal menu that is alive with flavour. And, of course, no dinner would be complete without a carefully selection wine from the extensive wine list.
