How They Dazzle Us
This is real Africa. It is remote and it is teeming with rare and endangered wildlife and loads of birds. The camp itself is in a beautiful river gorge and the accommodation is in old-school huts, that provide shelter and privacy but no electricity, which at the same time are still partly open and exposed to the elements.

Because this Landing is all about the authentic African experience you get around the reserve either in open Land Rovers or on foot. It has to be said that there are few things quite as primal and exhilarating as standing in the open with a huge mammal like an elephant, rhinoceros (this Landing has both white and black rhino), giraffe or buffalo looming close by.

This venue makes a concerted effort to employ locals and it is staffed and patrolled entirely by Swazis from neighbouring communities. Not only does it focus on looking after the local communities it is also very aware of the effects of poaching. As such it has the local communities on board with its conservation efforts making it into what is arguably Africa's most effective anti-poaching programme.
