A cooking lesson with our famous chef Khadija will give you insights into various traditional Moroccan recipes that are usually passed through families from mother to daughter. We will teach you about how mixing the spices is part of the culinary art: saffron, ginger, coriander, paprika, cloves, cumin, cinnamon, pepper or tumeric are among the most used. Some mixes such as zahtar or ras el hanut date back to the most ancient times. A typical cooking class takes 4-6 hours and you will have the opportunity to enjoy your home made food at the end!
