Tucked away between a network of lakes, with Lake Naivasha to the south, Lake Elementaita to the North and Lake Nakuru to the West, the Eburu Forest is a spectacular indigenous forest contained within the steep hills, deep valleys and rolling foothills of Mount Eburu.

The forest features a wide variety of indigenous tree species, but expect to see spectacular species of Prunus africana (African cherry) and Juniperus procera (African pencil cedar), among others. The forest is also a recognized birding hotspot and home to a wide array of mammals.
