This sanctuary is home to seven female and three male giraffe. Giraffe are wonderful creatures with distinct personalities. It goes without saying that they are massive and physically imposing as well. These animals are habituated to humans and are very interactive. They will eat pellets from your hand. This is a wonderful outing for the younger members of the family who will enjoy getting up close and personal with these gentle giants.

The Giraffe Centre is a short trip away from the Landing and getting there is easy, especially given that the Landing has its own fleet of high-quality minivans with expert driver-guides. Vehicles are on a private-hire basis so you have the flexibility to choose how to spend your time and where you go.
