How They Dazzle Us
Regarded as the oldest island in the world Madagascar until recently Madagascar was largely untouched and unknown to Western tourists. It’s incredible array of endemic animals, it’s endless coastline and it’s charming people make it a fantastic destination for a vacation that is undoubtedly going to be different and exciting. Look out for its cheeky lemurs, the avenue of baobabs, its amazing reefs and incredible rain forests.

Everyone makes it slightly differently but in short it's a one-pot dish, eaten with rice, that can be either a lunch or a supper. The basic ingredients are cubed pieces of beef, pork or chicken, chopped onions, tomatoes, spinach and crushed garlic.
